Returns
- Our policy is simple. We will do our best to make it right. Order our products worry free because we stand by everything we make and sell. Please contact us via email to get any return started or with any issues with your product. We need your name, order number and the reason why you need to return your purchase.
Restrictions
- We cannot accept opened product shipped back to us due to the nature of the bath and body care products. We will gladly issue store credit or an exchange for damaged items.
- We cannot accept returns on apparel/hats/mugs or any other third party items. These are made on demand and handled by a third party vendor. Please made sure you are ordering the correct size and variation you need before placing order. In the event the item is damaged/defective we will work closely with the vendor to see what options are available.
Damaged Items / Missing or Stolen Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please reach out via messaging on our site or email within 7 business days of delivery with images of the package and its contents, along with a description of the issue.
Shipping
